Terms and Conditions
General Shipping Information - Orders are usually shipped out within same business day. We ship USPS, UPS and FedEx. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday. We are closed for federal holidays as well. If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs (i.e., overnight shipping). Most orders are shipped without a signature required. If you have a specific preference (i.e. “I want a signature required” or “I don’t want a signature required”) please let us know in the comment box at checkout.
Cascadia Cutlery only ships within the Continental United States (including AK and HI)
Some items we sell are restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS (you will be required to agree to them before you can place an order).
Shipping in the USA
Standard Shipping within the USA
Standard shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska and US territories) on items $100.00 and more are FREE. The cost for shipping an item under $100.00 is $5.99. We offer both UPS, USPS and FedEx. The shipping company will be chosen at our discretion and chosen for the fastest most economical way of shipping. Delivery time (once an item is dispatched) varies. Typical UPS delivery time is 2-6 days Typical USPS delivery time is between 2-5 days. Delivery outside the continental USA will be done via USPS and generally takes longer (i.e. to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc). Once an order has shipped a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS) will be sent via email. Dispatch time for orders is typically 1-2 business days from purchase. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company.
If you would like to receive your item quicker you can purchase Expedited Shipping during the checkout process. Expedited orders are given full precedence; and, in most cases, you will receive your order within 3 business days or less (items must be ordered by 2:00 PM EST to ship the same day they are ordered. Call us if you need your order shipped same day and it is past the cut-off time). We offer both UPS, USPS & FedEx. options at checkout. Some items cannot be shipped via USPS and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary. We may also, at our discretion, ship via FedEx.
We offer three day shipping via UPS for $24.95 (this is a flat rate shipping cost). Delivery is usually 3 business days or less. This option is not available outside the continental USA.
We also offer two day shipping via USPS for $19.99 (plus an additional $4.00 per item after 3 items). Delivery is Usually 2 business days or less. This option is available outside the continental USA, but times may be longer than stated.
Once an order has shipped a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS) will be sent via email. Dispatch time for orders is typically 24 hours from purchase. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company. Expedited shipments require a signature unless otherwise indicated in the comments section at checkout
Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses All shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS. When entering an order with an APO or FPO address, please remember to use "United States" as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.

In some cases orders that are shipped to an address that is not authorized by the credit card issuer are subject to delays, verification emails/phone calls and/or cancellation. Additionally, in some cases orders that are shipped to an address other than the authorized billing address are subject to delay and verification. In situations where we cannot authenticate the validity of an order that order will be cancelled.
Although most manufacturers have a warranty for their products, we will repair or adjusting price if it is defective; however, after using the item if the product has been used or carried, you must contact the manufacturer to obtain their warranty service. If you have questions regarding to obtain their warranty service, please contact us or go to our website: email@example.com. If the product has been used in unintended ways, the manufacturer may void their warranty and may charge a fee for repair and shipping. We will assist you in any way we can with the warranty work.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted, within 14 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the item in your order is operational and to decide if you wish to keep it). You must obtain a ( RMA )Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. The item must be in the brand new and unused or used condition when received. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. The item must be in the brand new and unused or used condition when received. Used knives cannot be returned. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items or Returns to offset Shipping, Credit Card and Admin Costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.
Returns must be received within 7 days of when the return authorization number was issued to you. After 30 days the RA number will become void, exchanges on hold will be removed from hold, and the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your cost.
What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order: When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for? Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
1. To Process Transactions Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, shared or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
2. To administer a consent, promotion, survey or other site feature.
3. To send periodic emails The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates to your order, in addition to receiving company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
How do we protect your information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, share or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in opening our website, conducting our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Children’s Privacy The Website and the Products are directed to people who are at least 18 years old. Cascadia Cutlery does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are aware that Cascadia Cutlery has collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 18, please alert Cascadia Cutlery at firstname.lastname@example.org and the information will be removed from our system as soon as reasonably possible. Razor Sharp Unlimited does not knowingly aggregate or provide Public Information about people under the age of 18.

Layaway Payments Plans - Our easy layaway payment plans are interest free. 20% down and the final payment made within 45 days.
Early terminations will be charged a 20% fee for administrative costs and restocking .
Want to sell your Collection - Do you have a collection or rare knives that you would like to sell. Cascadia Cutlery could buy your collection or single knives at a fair price. Generally we are interested in Name Brand, rare, custom or discontinued items in the Benchmade, Microtech, Zero Tolerance, etc. We would not be interested in Fantasy or Franklin Mint Collections.
